1. Returns Eligibility
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it under the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • The item must be in its original, unused condition, with tags and packaging intact.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered will not be eligible for return.

2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our support team at support@sneakercrown.co.za with your order details.

  • Once approved, ship the item back to our return address (provided upon approval).

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received defective or incorrect.

3. Refund Policy

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

  • All refunds are issued as cash refunds. You will receive your refund in cash via the payment method agreed upon during the refund process.

  • Refunds will not be issued for shipping fees or the additional R150 fee for orders below R500.

4. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Used or damaged items

To successfully claim your R200 cash prize, please take note of the following:

Prize Collection

If the winner is based in Gauteng, the prize must be collected in person at Fourways Farmers Market on Saturday, 12 July 2025.

If the winner is outside Gauteng, they may submit their banking details via inbox (Facebook or Instagram Direct Message) to receive the prize via EFT.

Photo Submission

Winners are required to send a clear photo of themselves, which will be used in an official announcement post.

By submitting your photo, you grant Sneaker Crown SA permission to use it for promotional purposes related to this giveaway.

Claim Deadline

The prize must be claimed within 7 days of the winner announcement.

If no communication or photo is received within this period, the prize may be forfeited.

Identity Verification

Sneaker Crown SA reserves the right to verify the winner’s identity before releasing the prize.
